Roberto Caranta (Turin University) and prof. Steen Treumer (University of Copenhagen), an international research group was created in the field of public procurement &#8211; the <a href=\"https:\/\/eplgroup.eu\/?fbclid=IwAR2-El820mCA8wyOrKaDNNj5cVvrdNLCSx6LnK1wCZ1f00iLRj4ddKO6JME\">European Procurement Law Group<\/a>. Members of the group have published on topics related to public procurement.<\/p>\n<p>The country chapters focusing on Romania are co-authored by\u00a0<em>Dacian C.
